A space to understand
your whole self

Experienced counselling and psychology for individuals navigating life’s complexities — with care that honours mind, body, and brain as one.

Mental wellbeing is not a single story. At ekatra, we work with the full picture — because you are more than any one symptom, label, or chapter.

 Our approach

Integrated care for the whole person

Mind

Thoughts, emotions, and patterns of meaning. We create space for clarity, self-awareness, and the calm observation that makes change possible.

Body

The lived, sensory experience of being human. Stress, trauma, and anxiety live in the body — and healing often begins by returning to the present moment.

Brain

Neural pathways, habits, and the capacity for transformation. We work with how you learn, adapt, and integrate experience over time.

Our team

Experienced clinicians, one shared vision

Ekatra brings together trained psychologists and counsellors who work from the same integrative philosophy — honouring mind, body, and brain — while tailoring care to each person who walks through the door.

Ms. Navneet Kaur

Clinical Psychologist & Director, Ekatra · Gurugram (formerly NK–PWRC)

Ms. Navneet Kaur holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI) from Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH-32), Chandigarh. Her work involves providing targeted psychological interventions for a range of mental health concerns including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality-related difficulties, trauma, stress, emotional regulation concerns, and relational difficulties.

Her therapeutic approach integrates modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and trauma-informed approaches — tailoring the therapeutic process to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each individual.

Alongside her clinical work, an important part of her vision for Ekatra is creating a therapeutic space that feels both emotionally safe and clinically grounded. She believes meaningful psychological work happens not only through symptom reduction, but also through deeper reflection, emotional awareness, relational understanding, and integration. Through Ekatra, she hopes to create space not only for individual therapy and assessments, but also for reflective community spaces through workshops, support groups, and psychologically informed conversations around mental health.

She has also been a resource person for mental health workshops, contributing to community awareness and professional training. She designed and delivered a comprehensive 3-month well-being module for graduate students at IILM University, focused on emotional and physical well-being through a brain–mind–body model in collaboration with a Japanese athlete.

At the core of her work is the belief that therapy should create space to pause, reflect, understand patterns, and build a more connected relationship with oneself over time.

Pause. Reflect. Integrate.

Counselling Psychologist

Simran Kalra

Ekatra · Gurugram

Hi, I’m Simran Kalra, a Counselling Psychologist at Ekatra. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2018 and have since been working with individuals navigating childhood trauma, self-esteem concerns, and relational difficulties. My aim is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more aligned with their values, and build lives that feel authentic and meaningful.

More about Simran

I believe therapy should feel like an inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome. My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed, and IFS-informed, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we create space to process emotions, understand patterns, and explore yourself at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

In therapy with me, you can expect collaboration, confidentiality, mutually decided goals, and a space where you can show up unapologetically as yourself. I also bring gentle structure into sessions so that while we unpack difficult experiences, we do so mindfully without dysregulating or overwhelming you.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy art, strength training, and travelling. I’m also a certified scuba diver, and deeply value experiences that foster curiosity, grounding, and self-discovery — qualities I carry into my work as a therapist.

Clinical Psychologist

Vidhi Khanna

Ekatra · Gurugram

As a therapist, I strive to create a space where people feel safe enough to be fully seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I have over 3 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse mental health settings, including the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) of National Health Mission (NHM), and AIIMS New Delhi.

More about Vidhi

My areas of focus include mood disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders (such as GAD, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD, and phobias), personality disorders, neurodivergence, psychosomatic concerns, trauma, and grief responses.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I believe therapy is not “one size fits all,” which is why I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. My lens is empathetic, intersectional, and socio-culturally informed.

Above all, my aim is to help individuals feel validated, empowered, and supported as they navigate their healing journey.

I love painting, hiking, and reading. I can’t live without coffee and music.
